Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options:

Standard Shipping (U.S.)
— Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
— Free shipping on orders over $99
— Orders under $99: flat rate calculated at checkout

Expedited Shipping (U.S.)
— Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
— Rates calculated at checkout based on location and carrier

Please note that expedited orders must be placed before our daily cutoff time to be processed the same day. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier. Delivery times typically range from 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not guarantee delivery to P.O. Boxes for expedited shipping. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time. We reserve the right to cancel or delay shipments due to address verification issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Delays & Liability

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timelines, Lacherofficial is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control once the order has left our facility.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lacherofficial is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you with any required information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
