At Lacherofficial, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, clearance items, and any discounted products (50% off or more) are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@lacherofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Lacherofficial is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. If your return does not meet our policy requirements, it may be sent back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Late or Missing Refunds
